Job description:

We are looking for a tech savvy candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our broad range of enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will carry out a variety of tasks including maintaining existing customer relationships, onboarding and training of new/existing clients,  implementing success programs, contributing to sales and minimising churn. You should possess the ability to provide insights on client interactions, improve customer experience through product support and handle customer requests and complaints. 

As a first point of contact for our clients, you will possess excellent social and analytical skills, an aptitude for learning and using new software with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Key responsibilities:                             

  • Act as the first point of contact to handle and resolve customer requests and complaints

  • Evaluate, improve and develop our client communications with relevant content and materials eg tutorials, videos, articles etc 

  • Hold product demos to evaluate and improve our onboarding process 

  • Aid in product design and testing by providing feedback to the Development Team for product enhancements and new features based on customer interactions

  • Analyse customer data to improve customer experience providing feedback to the sales and development teams

  • Minimise customer churn and sustain business growth by maximising value

  • Responsible for clients onboarding experience

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in the B2B SaaS industry 

  • Industry Knowledge of income tax and/or accounting desirable

  • Highly organised, personable and able to multitask

  • Self Driven, proactive and analytical with an eye for detail

  • Knowledge of income tax/accounting or ability to learn quickly

  • Knowledge of customer success processes

  • Excellent communications skills and experience in document creation

  • Good listener with a passion for customer service
